I only offer online sessions in outstanding circumstances. Should a virtual session need to be scheduled, I will provide a secure ZOOM link ahead of time to my clients and will confirm the session via email the day before as well.

Yes, I only offer in-person sessions. My work is grounded in the power of real, face-to-face connection, and I believe the healing process is best supported in a space where you feel fully seen, heard, and safe.

A Good Faith Estimate (GFE) is a required document that outlines the expected cost of services for clients who are uninsured or who choose not to use insurance. You have the right to receive a GFE explaining the total cost of therapy upfront—no surprises. I will provide this to you as part of your intake process.

Because sessions are reserved especially for you, I ask for at least 72 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Sessions canceled with less than 72 hours’ notice—or missed entirely—will be charged in full. This policy allows me to hold space for those who need it most.

Yes. Everything you share in therapy is held in confidence, with a few legally required exceptions (such as concerns about immediate safety or court orders). Your privacy is deeply respected and protected as a core part of our therapeutic relationship.
